FAQ
- Is a deposit required?
- No. Full payment is required two weeks prior to the trip.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- More than 15 days prior to the trip - No Charge.
- 15 to 7 days prior to the trip - $25.00 per vehicle.
- 6 days before the trip - $50.00 per vehicle.
- Day of the trip - $100.00 per vehicle.
- When is the final payment due?
- Two weeks prior to the trip.
- Do I pay for parking tolls/fees?
- Yes, and also permits if required for the trip.
- Do I tip the driver?
- It is not required, but acceptable if desired
- Can I take alcohol on the bus?
- Yes, per our discretion - There is another $150.00 non-refundable cost per vehicle.
- How can I pay?
- Check, Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover only)
